Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not want anyone who is not happy with their purchase to feel they have to keep it.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thetimbercarve.com We will need your order number, name, address, phone number, email address, the product name and colour, and the reason for the return. In case of damage, please send us a photo of the damage. Without this information we will not be able to figure out who and how much we need to refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number of the purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if the colour is not what you expected.  The colours on a computer screen are not exactly like the colours in real life, we understand that and if the colour is wrong, please do not take the set apart, just send us a note and we will issue a return label. This way we might be able to sell that set to someone else and save everyone money in the future.

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
